It is now more important than ever to take extra precautions at home and in public. Staying inside this long may not be the most exciting thing we have experienced; however, this is one of the most important steps to staying healthy and preventing the spread of COVID-19. Most people who get sick with COVID-19 will have only mild illness and should recover at home. Care at home can help stop the spread of COVID-19 and help protect people who are at risk of getting seriously ill from COVID-19.
